    Red raspberry leaves are high in many nutrients. It contains fragarine, a plant compound that helps tone and tighten muscles in the pelvic area, which may reduce the menstrual cramping caused by spasms 


    Red raspberry leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals. They provide B vitamins, vitamin C and a number of minerals, including potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and iron. However, their most notable contribution might be their antioxidant properties. Some women use the herbal remedy to help with nausea and vomiting.


    With your order you will Receive 1 bag of loose leaf Handcrafted Tea Blend which will make approximately 15-20 cups of Tea.


    To make the tea, use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. water. Place the tea in your strainer of choice, then place in the mug. Boil water in your tea kettle (remove right before it boils for green and white tea), then remove from heat. Pour over the tea and let steep for 3-10 minutes. Additions may be milk or honey.
